CELaunch LLC ("CELaunch™", "we", "us") operates the CELaunch™ platform at celaunch.com. We provide continuing education course creation and delivery tools to associations and organizations. For privacy questions, contact us at support@chaosmap.com.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in two ways:

Information you provide:

• Account information: name, email address, and organization name when you sign up
• Course content: files, text, and materials you upload to create courses
• Branding settings: logos, colors, and organization details
• Try-it sandbox: your name, email, organization, and the course outline we generate. The document you upload is processed in memory to create the outline and is not stored on our servers.

Learner information (collected on behalf of your organization):

• Name and email address submitted at course registration
• Course progress, quiz results, and completion data
• Certificate issuance records

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and improve the Service
• To generate CE courses and certificates from your uploaded content
• To send learners course completion confirmations and reminder emails
• To communicate with you about your account, billing, and updates to the Service
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse

We do not sell your personal information or your learners' data to any third party.

4. Third-Party Services

We use a small number of vetted service providers for authentication, database and file storage, content processing, voice generation, email delivery, and application hosting. Each provider receives only the minimum data necessary to perform its function, and our content processing providers do not use your content to train their systems. A current list of subprocessors is available on request at support@chaosmap.com.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data and course content for as long as your account is active. Learner session data, including completion records and certificates, is retained for a minimum of 3 years to support CE compliance needs. Documents uploaded to the try-it sandbox are not stored; we retain only the generated outline and the contact details you provide. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at support@chaosmap.com.

6. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and browser storage (sessionStorage) to maintain authentication sessions and learner course progress. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We do not use Google Analytics or any cross-site tracking technology.

7. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and secure infrastructure providers. No system is completely secure, and we encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data (subject to retention obligations)
• Object to or restrict our processing of your data
• Receive a portable copy of your data

9. Children's Privacy

CELaunch™ is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
